C-反应蛋白是一种在炎症发生时浓度会急剧升高的急性时相蛋白。对犬CRP的定量检测可以精确评估犬类的炎症程度、感染状况甚至手术预后。使用单克隆抗体配对（夹心法ELISA或免疫层析试纸条）可以实现对血清或血浆中犬CRP的高灵敏度、高精确定量，这比传统的定性或半定量方法（如试纸板）能提供更准确的临床诊断信息。
猪蓝耳病病毒为什么既有“N抗原”又有“N-NSP7融合抗原”？

这通常是为了实现不同的诊断目的。N抗原：核衣壳蛋白，是病毒主要的结构蛋白，免疫原性强，抗体出现早、滴度高。常用于检测总抗体，进行感染的初步筛查。 N-NSP7融合抗原： NSP7是非结构蛋白，只在病毒复制过程中产生，自然感染动物会产生抗NSP7抗体，而接种灭活疫苗或某些亚单位疫苗的动物则不会。诊断意义：使用N-NSP7融合抗原可以用于区分自然感染与疫苗接种动物，类似于伪狂犬病的gE检测，有助于猪场蓝耳病的净化和流行病学调查。
