Product Description	The SARS Spike Protein(KMP4899) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the receptor binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV (isolate:WH20) spike (AAX16192.1) (Arg306-Phe527) was expressed with the Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the C-terminus. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.
