Product DescriptionThe SARS (Isolate Tor2) Spike RBD Protein(KMP4908) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV (isolate Tor2) spike RBD (NP_828851.1) (Arg306-Phe527) was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
