Product Description	The MERS-CoV Spike Protein(KMP4882) is produced in Insect Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the MERS-CoV extracellular domain of spike protein (AFS88936.1) (Met1-Trp1297) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.
Storage Condition	Aliquot and store at -20℃ to -80℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Formulation	20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol, pH7.5
