Product Description	The Rhesus CD3E & CD3G Heterodimer Protein(KMP4339) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Rhesus CD3E (XP_014971302.1) (Met1-Asp117) is fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Rhesus CD3G (NP_001253854.1) (Met1-Thr113) is fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the Cynomolgus CD3E/CD3G heterodimer is purified.
