Product Description	The Rat FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein(KMP4337) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Ser298) of rat FCGRT (P13599) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the rat B2M (P07151) (Met1-Met119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer is purified. The purified protein is biotinylated in vitro.
