| Product Description | The Mouse FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein(KMP4155) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Ser297) of Mouse FCGRT (Q61559) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse B2M (P01887) (Met1-Met119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the Mouse FCGRT/B2M heterodimer is purified. The purified protein is biotinylated in vitro. |
