Product Description	The Cynomolgus CD3E & CD3G Heterodimer Protein(KMP3755) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus CD3E (Q95LI5.2) (Met1-Asp117) is fused with the Fc region of Llama IgG2b at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus CD3G (NP_001270839.1) (Met1-Thr113) is fused with the Fc region of Llama IgG2b at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the Cynomolgus CD3E/CD3G heterodimer is purified.
