The target gene encoding the human CGA (NP_000726.1) (Met 1- Ser 116) is expressed, constructed the plasmid 1; The target gene encoding the human FSHB(NP_000501.1) (Met 1- Glu 129) is fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the human CGA&FSHB heterodimer is purified.
