Product Description	The Human CD32A Protein(KMP2575) is produced in HEK293 Cells. The target gene encoding the extracellular domain (Ala36-Met210) of human CD32A (P12318-1) is fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged Avi tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
