Product Description	This protein contains the rhesus monkey CD1B(NP_0011392901) (Met1-Ser303) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1, This protein contains the rhesus monkey B2M (NP_0010406021) (Met1-Met119) constructed the plasmid 2 . The two plasmids were co-expressed and the rhesus monkey CD1C/B2M heterodimer was purified and expressed from HEK293 Cells.
