| Product Description | The Rhesus CD3D & CD3E Heterodimer Protein(KMP4338) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Rhesus CD3D (F6WI60-1)(Met1-Ala105) is fused with the C-terminal flag-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Rhesus CD3E (XP_014971302.1) (Met1-Asp117) with the C-terminal his-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the CD3D&CD3E heterodimer is purified. |
