Product Description	The Rhesus CD32A Protein(KMP4284) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Rhesus FCGR2A (NP_001244229.1) (Met1-Ile217) is expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an Avi tag. The expressed protein is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
