Product Description	The Mouse FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein(KMP4160) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse FCGRT (NP_034319.2) (Met 1-Ser 297) is fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tagged Avi tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse B2M (P01887,105Ala/Asp) (Met 1-Met 119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer is purified. The purified heterodimer is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
