Product Description	The Mouse CD8A & CD8B Heterodimer Protein(KMP4159) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Tyr196) of Mouse CD8A (NP_001074579.1) is fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Thr175) of Mouse CD8B (NP_033988.1) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the Mouse CD8A&CD8B heterodimer is purified.
