| Product Description | The Cynomolgus FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein(KMP3754) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus FCGRT (Q8SPV9) (Met 1-Ser 297) is fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged Avi tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus B2M (Q8SPW0) (Met 1-Met 119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer is purified. The purified heterodimer is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed. |
