Product Description	The Cynomolgus CD8A & CD8B Heterodimer Protein(KMP3753) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus CD8A (XP_001092778.2) (Met42-Asp223) is fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus CD8B (XP_005575417.1) (Met1-Pro170) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the heterodimer is purified.
