Product Description	The Cynomolgus CD1E & B2M Heterodimer Protein(KMP3752) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus CD1E(EHH50396.1) (Glu32-Gly303) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus B2M (Q6V7J5) (Met1-Met119) is expressed, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the Cynomolgus CD1E/B2M heterodimer is purified.
