| Product Description | The Cynomolgus FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein(KMP3749) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Ser297) of cyno FCGRT (Q8SPV9) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the cyno B2M (Q8SPW0) (Met1-Met119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer is purified. The purified protein is biotinylated in vitro. |
