Product Description	The Cynomolgus B7-H6 Protein(KMP3691) is produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus NCR3LG1 (XP_005578557.1) (Met1-Asp259) is expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an Avi tag. The expressed protein is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
