Product Description	The Human CD3E & CD3G Heterodimer Protein(KMP3567) is produced in HEK293 Cells. The target gene encoding the (Met1-Asp126) of human CD3E (NP_000724.1) is fused with a C-terminal Fc region of human IgG1 tag followed by a FLAG tag, constructed the plasmid 1; The target gene encoding the (Met1-Ser116) of human CD3G (NP_000064.1) is fused with a C-terminal Fc region of human IgG1 tag followed by a polyhistidine tag, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the Human CD3E/CD3G heterodimer is purified.
