The target gene encoding the human IL4R (NP_000409.1)(Met1-His232) is expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; The target gene encoding the human IL13RA1 (NP_001551.1) (Met1-Thr343 is expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the IL4R & IL13RA1 heterodimer is purified.
