Product Description	The Human IL-23 Protein(KMP3546) is produced in HEK293 Cells. The target gene encoding the human IL23 complex composed of human IL12B (NP_002178.2) (Met1-Ser328) and human IL23A (NP_057668.1) (Arg20-Pro189) linked by a polypeptide linker is fused with a c-terminal Avi tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
