Product Description	The Human SKP1 Protein(KMP3138) is produced in E. coli. The target gene encoding the human SKP1 (P63208) (Met1-Lys163) is expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus and an Avi tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
