Product Description	The Human ROR1 Protein(KMP3125) is produced in HEK293 Cells. The target gene encoding the ROR1 (NP_005003.2) (Met1-Glu403) is expressed with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged Avi tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

Background	ROR1 (Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 1) is a Protein Coding gene.
