The target gene encoding the human IL7RA (P16871-1)(Met1-Asp239) is expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; The target gene encoding the human IL2RG (P31785-1) (Met1-Asn254) is expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the IL7RA & IL2RG heterodimer is purified. |
