Moreover, UNC5A is cumulatively downregulated by the unfolding protein response (UPR) at the transcriptional level in vitro and at the translational level both in vitro and in vivo. Also, UNC5A is a novel transcriptional target of p53 and plays a role in p53-dependent apoptosis. |
