| Background | Nano-antibody is a kind of variable region of heavy chain antibody which is found by scientists in 1989 and naturally lacks light chain. Its molecular weight is only 15 ku, which is 1/10 of that of conventional antibody. HRP-coupled Flag nano-antibody has small molecular weight (~15 KDa), strong specificity, high affinity and good stability, and can be produced stably with high quality, thus avoiding the difference between batches of traditional antibodies. |
