Background	Feline coronavirus (FCoV) includes two biotypes: feline infectious peritonitis virus (FIPV) and feline enteric coronavirus (FECV). Although both biotypes can infect cats, their pathogenicities differ. The FIPV biotype is more virulent than the FECV biotype and can cause peritonitis or even death in cats, while most FECV biotypes do not cause lesions. Even pathogenic strains of the FECV biotype can cause only mild enteritis because of their very low virulence.

什么是“捕获”抗体和“检测”抗体？它们在ELISA实验中是如何配合工作的？

这是在夹心法ELISA（特别是双抗体夹心法）中使用的两种抗体。（1）捕获抗体：通常被预先包被在ELISA板子上，负责“捕获”或“结合”样品中的目标抗原。（2）检测抗体：在抗原被捕获后加入，负责与抗原的另一个位点结合，并通过其携带的标记物（如酶HRP）来产生信号。（3）工作流程：样品中的抗原先被“捕获抗体”抓住，然后“检测抗体”与之结合，形成“捕获抗体-抗原-检测抗体”的“三明治”复合物。最后通过加入底物，由检测抗体上的酶催化产生颜色变化，从而进行定量或定性分析。
