The optimum pH for this enzyme is 2. After entering the small intestine, the enzyme activity is lost.
Storage Condition	This product can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. This products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -80℃. Aliquot and store at -20℃ to -80℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
